This looks good and I agree with the edits. In addition, I added one comment to consider. I'm working on a project now where we are looking at the application of the Clinical Care Classificaiton (CCC) for coding nursing standards for the interface terminology and SNOMED CT for HIE. In order to obtain the mappings, we agreed that if there were terms missing that we would provide those back to the deverloper. It seems we might want to consider this for consistency in the future if we find critical data elements missing.
