Which sites push data from SQLServer to Oracle, especially Clarity/EPIC

Quick question: does anybody here push data from SQLServer to Oracle at 
their site, particularly Clarity? At our institution, Clarity is on 
SQLServer while the data warehouse is on Oracle, and we may not query 
the SQLServer-- the connection has to be outbound from the SQLServer to 
Oracle.

What tools do you use for this, how much did you pay for them, and do 
you have any problems with them?

Also, how many FTEs monthly would you estimate the SQLServer -> Oracle 
data migration takes?
