Given BMI observations using the local flowsheet terminology, associating them with the corresponding LOINC terms by duplicating each observation_fact row is not an attractive approach, to me. Flowsheet data dominates our data repository already. I have no interest in doubling or tripling the size of it, when the same effect can be achieved by mapping the local concept_cd's to the different terminologies using metadata.
