There is a table called ACCOUNT, which has information on all accounts 
(patients) in the system. ACCOUNT_ID, the primary key, is also present in 
PAT_ENC, the patient_encounter table.

I don't know how to get insurance status from clinic data at KU. Do any other 
sites have this data? Which part of the clinical workflow do you get it from?
