I have placed a revised LOINC metadata export file in the GPC i2b2 metadata folder (loincv3_unmc_export.csv). This file has the LOINC hierarchy starting at the Laboratory Measurements and Clinical Measurements levels - the per discussions of sometime back.
I have uploaded a table_access_loincv3.csv which is an excerpt from our TABLE_ACCESS table showing the two entries for this file.
