I created a [https://bitbucket.org/njgraham/pcori-annotated-data-
dictionary BitBucket repository] to keep track of the code created for
this. I haven't gotten too far yet, but started filling in CDM view for
KUMC using [ticket:145#comment:3 Dan's example].
