OK, please do grab the queries and run them and share the results. I just attached the queries to #119<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/119> as GPC_Breast_Cancer_Queries.zip<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/attachment/ticket/119/GPC_Breast_Cancer_Queries.zip> . They're in "print query" format, so you'll have to manually re-create them (unless/until somebody takes on #124<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/124>). That's the "paper and pencil" part.
I'm not sure what's the best way of sharing the resulting counts. If you're free to make them public, you can just send them here to gpc-dev or attach them to the ticket. Otherwise, perhaps upload them to PCORNet Central Desktop somewhere and send us a pointer. In due course, we'd like to aggregate the line-item data sets. I'm making good progress on cleaning up the data-builder tools (#134<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/134>) so we can all do that. p.s. It's quite likely that this will be on next week's agenda, but I hope now that I've shared the queries, people can make progress in the mean time. -- Dan ________________________________ From: [email protected] [[email protected]] on behalf of Verhagen, Laurel A [[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, August 06, 2014 4:45 PM To: Justin Dale; [email protected] Subject: RE: NAACCR queries Marshfield is also interested in participating. Should we discuss this on the dev call next week? I believe there were talks about doing some "pen-and-paper" query across sites who have this data available. If this is still an option we would really like to participate.
