The [wiki:DevTeams#kumc KUMC team] publishes

notes, including pointers to some ETL code to load NAACCR files into i2b2.
Unfortunately, it relies on staging code that isn't published.
Participants in the MultiSiteDev process have access.
I have shared this unpublished code with a few peers in the informatics
community on an ad-hoc basis, but prompted by recent gpc-dev discussion on
#119, I had an idea this morning...
I'd like (someone) to develop and share Jenkins jobs to
- bundle up all the relevant code
- use it to stage the data
- run the ETL
- this would assume the `patient_mapping` is in place; tackling that
doesn't seem cost-effective at this point
