I believe I've made enough progress on the [https://bitbucket.org/njgraham
/pcori-annotated-data-dictionary/src pcori-annotated-data-dictionary] to
answer the data summary questions tab in the spreadsheet.
I wrote a bit of Python to run the queries (against our Oracle i2b2
tables) and fill in the spreadsheet automatically. Unfortunately,
[http://www.python-excel.org/ Python Excel] module I'm using doesn't
support editing in place or writing out fancy formatting in .xlsx files.
Oh well, it was fun to write and at least it does output the relevant
numbers in the right places in an un-formatted copy of the spreadsheet.

As for the PCORnet ETL Annotated Data Dictionary spreadsheet, I plan to
