yes, that's the plan.

What I have so far is in the **Installation, Dependencies, and
Deployment** section of docs (attachment:SEINE-edcdcb9ac85d-doc.zip):
Following the [http://docs.python.org/2/install/ usual python package
installation conventions], `requirements.txt` declares a number of
dependencies; for example, we use [https://pypi.python.org/pypi/mechanize/
mechanize] to communicate with the i2b2 PM cell web service ...
