The installation on the i2b2 VM is pretty thoroughly tested now.
BuilderSaga#QuickStart has been refined a bit; it includes a 14 minute
screencast (including some mis-steps setting up the VM network).
Perhaps I'll ask on tomorrow's call about times to try getting together
again for screen-sharing.
Meanwhile, anybody want to give it a try?
