See Mike’s message below.  A bug that kept temporal queries from being reloaded 
has been fixed in 1.7.04.  As Mike points out – when a site upgrades that the 
users should toss their browser cache or they may get some rather oddball 
behaviors.

The reload of temporal queries is working. You may have to clear the browser 
cache. They would not run until I cleared it. In Chrome it is the Chrome Menu  
on the right of the toolbar [Chrome menu]  -> more tools -> clear browsing data
