These are the paths for the 27 variables specifically pulled for my report.
Tamara, can you get those that are not included in my report or Betsy decided
to use different variables?

Wendy or Tamara, will you please replace the list with a new one that includes
path names so we can all review again to be sure we are all clear? Thanks --
Betsy

Yes, we should share paths. I'm pretty sure Tamara plans to share the actual
query via the babel i2b2 site, and in doing so, all the paths will be specified.

Those are the exact variable names in i2b2. Shall we provide paths for those
without NAACCR item numbers?

Comment (by bchrischilles):

I think the Wendy's list may have some abbreviated variable names. Can we
use the exact names? I think they all or most of them include the NAACCR item
number. For example:
 410 Laterality
SEER Summary Site (rather than "Breast")

Perhaps Wendy can update the list with the exact name of the variable

Do we need to be more specific, saying Race 1-Race 5 in registry? There is no
information underneath ethnicity (SEER registry) at our site, would it be the
same for other sites? Lateratlity appears twice in the list.
