Just to confirm that numbers are being calculated accurately, what is the appropriate denominator for calculating the Part B: Insurance Coverage Overview?
Number of Active Patient with data in EMR? Distinct patient count with at least one encounter or record in the system? Something else? Doesn't seem like it can be "Number of Patients covered by insurance plan," as there's a category for "Percent with unknown payer."
