All, Please see the following PDF for Data Builder instructions in Windows. Dan Connolly had accurate instructions that he ran on his Apple machine, but there are some slight differences for Windows users. I've provided instructions to move the zip file from Windows to the Linux VM using a Samba server instead of using SCP, like Dan's instructions. Also, the i2b2 VM image that Partners released has been corrupt in VMWare Player since release 1.7.03. Last night, I fixed the image, and it now launches like before.

The first issue you may run into is that postgresql had a password prompt when running the make file step. There was also a missing i2b2_loader.js file, which can be easily retrieved from the i2b2 source code. There were other issues as well, but just avoid that version if possible.
