Comment:
I see data from Iowa in the datasets REDCap project (#211), but it's not
in the expected format (BuilderSaga#builder-sql-guide).
I see data from MCW, so they must have figured out their approach.
(I gather the hold-up at UMN is more relevant to #110, but I'll stand by
w.r.t. data builder approach until I see some data.)
