Discussion with honest brokers suggests we have less data for the mid-2013
to mid-2014 target date range than we planned for. Perhaps collecting the
number of diagnoses by month would help get a handle on this. The
distribution of real (identified) dates would be most helpful, but perhaps
the distribution of de-identified dates is useful as an interim measure.
