Subject: RE: Invitation: ADAPTABLE INFO Session, rough i2b2 phenotype on Babel

Hi Doug,
As discussed on the call today:
* I've posted the rough queries for the ADAPTABLE Trial on the babel
site https://babel.gpcnetwork.org you've access for under the
*        SHARED\ADAPTABLE_AspirinTrial_PhenoType folder
* The queries are rough treat independently conjunctions but get you a
ball park idea.

BTW, the way we do this is there's an i2b2 plugin under the "analysis tools"
tab called "Port Query Tool"

It lets you harvest the XML query specification from XML message stack
runQueryInstance_fromQueryDefinition contained by the <query_definition> your
query </query_definition> and then paste it on to the babel website.

I think, if you're interested you can also build the plugin locally so you can
use copy stuff back into your i2b2 instance which would let you download a
query from Babel or another site you have access and pump it into your i2b2.

See
PortQuery#Installation<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/PortQuery>
on the GPC website and https://bitbucket.org/DanC/portaquery/

If others are interested in babel access, shoot us an email with your name,
email, and institution/position. Babel hosts the GPC site's i2b2 concept
ontologies as well as the emerging work on standardizing to the CDM (and a
couple other places like Colorado and NYC have shared ontologies). You can't
actually run any queries as there's no underlying data but you at least get to
see the menus of what kind of data is available and our challenges wrt
standardization.
