Here is the list of modifiers and where they would come from. With RX|ORDER,
Inpatient and outpatient would come from the medication class, from what I have
read(not currently implemented at UTSW). If you have inpatient/outpatient, you
can us RX|ORDER:INPATIENT/RX|ORDER:OUTPATIENT modifiers. If not, you can use
the RX|ORDER.

Name
Ordered
        Modifier_cd
RX|ORDER Table Name
ORDER_MED
Inpatient RX|ORDER:INPATIENT ORDER_MED
Outpatient RX|ORDER:OUTPATIENT ORDER_MED
Current RX|CURRENT PAT_ENC_CURR_MEDS
Admin RX|ADMIN MAR_ADMIN_INFO
RX Filled RX|FILLED MED_DISPENSE/SureScripts

Subject: Medication Modifiers

Phillip, can you be more specific on how you populated the RX|CURRENT
medication modifier? Sample code would be great. Looking at the Hackathon2
notes
“””
NateA: What does current Meds mean?
Phillip: anything that was included on the encounter.
“””

Thanks!
