At DSSNI meeting 3/2/15 Jeff Brown reported on plan for assessing
CDRN compliance with Common Data Model. This will consist of
Datamart completion of Data Characterization SQL prepared and
distributed by DSSNI. By end of phase 1 at least one datamart
from each CDRN will be expected to show compliance with CDM V1.
CDM V2 compliance will not be expected until later.
