Hi all,

Sorry I couldn't make the meeting yesterday; I had a conflicting internal event
here at Cerner. Per item 3.7 in the dev meeting notes from yesterday:

3.7. CMH
3.7.1. Dan: Have you thought about going from i2b2 to CDM?
3.7.2. Rita: I defer to Nate A.

Yes, we have already implemented the CDM v1 tables in our database. We've
created the ETL from i2b2 and the physical tables, and did not use Nathan's
script from #160<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/160> to
do that, because our data model at the time we did this work was too
significantly different from the HERON data model to justify reworking that
code. We have also completed a comprehensive review of the most recent V2 draft
in preparation for that ETL work.

Regarding PopMedNet: as of yesterday, we got a test instance of the v5.0
PopMedNet DataMart Client installed in a testing Citrix environment, which will
allow us to connect to those tables for test queries. We should be getting a
test query from the coordinating center here in the next few days, and will
update ticket #161<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/161>
accordingly (I think those tickets are what Laurel was referring to regarding
PMN DMC readiness at all sites).

Let me know what additional follow-up items (if any) there are for us.

Thanks,

Nate Apathy
