Please share whatever code you have in its current state.
To what extent is this blocked by obesity cohort measures (#193)? Does
that need to be done before this can start? Or just before this can
finish? Or can this work actually be done without finishing #193 at all?
(p.s. `gpc-dev` doesn't work as a short-hand in the cc field of trac
tickets. Perhaps it could, if we set up a trac account by that name...)
