Update per site
CMH - have built test instance of CDM tables rolling out into PROD in the next 
couple of months.  Built using CMH code.  Currently hooking up PopMedNet to CDM
IOWA- CDM tables in place by end of week.  FYI - Marshfield adapted shared code 
to SQL Server. https://bitbucket.org/erlarose/mssql_gpc_pcori_cdm
WISC - contractor aboard to do this - ETA a couple of weeks presuming SQL 
Server has enough space.
MCW - will use own code to build CDM tables.
MCRF - Waiting on external collaborator agreement to be signed before declaring 
“we are fully connected”.  SQL that is posted  … from Jessica, DSSNI liaison to 
GPC
UMN - Built with site technology.
UNMC - built with site technology and have ran queries.
UTHSCSA - done.
UTSW - In process of building updated version of CDM tables.


Data characterization -- ETA April.  Much will be based upon the ENROLLMENT 
table.  Will await more information.

 2015-2016 requires to align terms for meaningful use to national standards.
Example show on meds.  Discussion of both volume and ontological coverage of 
data.  We shall add this to quarterly data checks.
Add to next quarter - need some volunteers from sites - Marshfield raises hand 
to volunteer.  (Laurel).  Epic site?  Perhaps a standard Heron-code centric 
site -- Angela at UTHSCSA.  ETA for our Q2 2015 quality check code.

     *   How/when do we start work at sites?
Q1 exercise : Waiting on code….  Noting some prefixing inconsistencies on 
babel.   Phil Reeder suggesting prefixing them all to be GPC based prefix.  
Looking an example naaccr data.  Discussion about medication differences.  
Expectation of issues as site as we do this.  Author’s choice of picking 
standard and see how the results come out.

Code being written will write out file for importing into RedCap.
