#268: HERON ETL clarity 2014 impact on 2012 installations

The KUMC clinical partner(s) deployed the 2014 update this month, so we're
upgrading.
We don't plan to support 2012 for our April release, but perhaps we could
allocate some effort to supporting it in the future.
On the up side, this is breaking a lot of our hard-coded data checks, so
we're cleaning up many of those (#88).
I'm going to take gpc-dev off the cc of this ticket momentarily; you
should be able to add yourself if you want to. (If you cannot, let me know
and I'll check TracPermissions).
