Thanks for setting the survey up so quickly, Dan.

Ticket #79 was to Determine data privacy and security standards as set
forth by the Data Privacy Task Force. Based on what I was able to gather
on the standards/requirements/polices provided thus far from PCORI, I
wanted to build a set of questions/responses that would best address those
privacy and security standards (both for our site and for all sites)

So, as far as an evaluation for Minnesota, our responses to the survey
would represent an accurate evaluation of our site. I will have our
responses entered by tomorrow so we can review during the call.
