Hi Jessica,

I’m sure we can find some sites willing to try it! I’ve copied GPC-Dev to get
this on the group’s radar.

@GPC-Dev: would welcome thoughts from the [ADAPTABLE + Oracle] sites on
participating in some of the initial cohort characterization query testing with
DSSNI.

Thanks,

Hi Nate,

We would love to have GPC work with DSSNI on the data characterization (DC)
queries. We are currently in UAT for the Oracle SQL code – would any of the
GPC Oracle sites be willing to participate in the first round of DC using this
code? All else being equal it would be good for the lead DC GPC site to be an
ADAPTABLE site (MCW, UK, UN, UTSA, UTSW).

Thanks,

Jessica

No worries at all, Kyle. If the Coordinating Center team is working on some
basic CDM-compatible queries we are happy to be a testing partner now or in the
future!

I’m sure other GPC sites would be happy to test some of the CDM compliance &
reporting queries that Jeff Brown mentioned during the CC visit to Kansas City,
even if they are in “draft” status.

Thanks!

Hi Nate,
Great to hear! We've discontinued use of the menu-driven request functionality
we originally used when setting up the Query Tool as it's not actually
compatible with the PCORnet CDM. CDM-compatible menu-driven request
functionality is currently in development, so we unfortunately cannot send one
over to you just yet.
If it helps you prepare your environment, I can tell you that the menu-driven
functionality is designed so you can connect your DataMart Client to your data
source via ODBC.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!
Thank you,
Kyle

Hello DRN Team,

We are doing some testing of the DataMart Client in Children’s Mercy’s Citrix
environment, and so far it has gone very well! Isaiah has done a great job
getting it installed and we were able to successfully configure the connection
to the Portal and view requests in that environment. So far, we’ve only
received a File Distribution request. Is it possible to get a test Menu-Driven
request sent our way? We’d like to establish and test our database connection
to the Children’s Mercy CDM tables.

Thanks for your help!
