Hi Nathan,

Yes, I've seen that, I'm just wondering, if there is no "STANDARD" way of
finding these values,
then maybe it's a manual count.

Thanks!
Debbie

Debbie,

You've probably already looked at this, but just in case you haven't see
gpc_97_enrollment.sql (attached to ticket
97)<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/attachment/ticket/97/gpc_97_enrollment.sql>
for what we've been using thus far at KU.

Regards,

Nathan

Subject: Incorporating PCORI May 2015 Enrollment stats into the QA Query

Hi folks,

For the PCORI May 2015 enrollment task, Wisconsin did not have

Biophysiological data, clinical notes, or biospecimens in I2B2.

Do any of you have this data and what do your queries look like?

We only have one registry, the tumor registry, so even though it's in

I2B2, I didn't do a formal query for this, I just answered one. If others

have more than one registry, do you do a manual count, or how do

you count them via a query?

We are trying to incorporate the enrollment stats into the quarterly

query, so any help on this would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Debbie
