#293: Report SAS and RDBMS version and packages to DSSNI

Request from the DSSNI on 6/18/15:
In an effort to better understand each site's technical infrastructure to
inform querying, the DSSNI team is interested in gathering some additional
information on your DataMart’s RDBMS and SAS infrastructure. Could you
please provide us with the SAS version and packages (e.g. SAS GRAPH)
available at each DataMart? This can be obtained by running proc setinit.
We are also interested in determining the RDBMS version (e.g. SQL Server
V10.50.1600.1) for each DataMart. We would appreciate you filling out the
following table for your network DataMart(s):
For each site, need:
- SAS Version
- SAS Packages
- RDBMS Version
