In [wiki:DataSecurity#bc-wp3 workplan 3], we have:
a. During data collection, the survey database will be stored on a secure
database server at The UI College of Public Health.
b. At the end of the study the Breast Cancer Cohort Study project manager
will submit each Accepting Participant’s survey dataset (for consenting
subjects only) to the GPC Honest Broker for hosting on the GPC Hosted Services.
In order to develop methods to integrate the survey results with the data
collected from the tumor registry and EMR (#214), we need to know the details
of the survey dataset format.
Prakash, can you get us some test data? Or Nick? Or Brad?
