Hi Susan, When we spoke on the phone, your issue sounded different than UTSW and WISC (UW-Madison), which dealt with web server timeouts (depends on the OS) that were occurring. Your issue seems to be happening on the i2b2 application server. I can help you troubleshoot this afternoon (after 2:30) or tomorrow afternoon, if you and Jennifer can coordinate a time. We’ll need to monitor that server log for troubleshooting.
