This looks pretty good, but... I don't think "No Id’d materials are ever shared outside the GPC." is quite accurate. An IRB approved protocol may authorize exchange of identified data between GPC sites and/or between GPC sites and non-GPC sites.
That's the only critical issue I see. I'm not sure how to phrase a replacement. I could live with just deleting that bullet. I have a suggestion: cite the source of the GPC data security policies: * GPC Data Sharing Agreement<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/attachment/wiki/GovernanceMaterials/PCORIGPCDataSharingAgmntFinal10-29-14.docx> 2014 * GPC De-Identification Plan<https://pcornet.centraldesktop.com/c4gpc/file/31192522/> of April 2014 (#73) Oh... I see #73 is mentioned in there. A link would be nice, since otherwise #73 is likely inscruitable to most readers. Not critical, though. Links to the PCORNet policies would be nice too, but they're pretty much copied into the document, so I suppose that's beyond the call of duty. -- Dan ________________________________ From: UMBERTO TACHINARDI [[email protected]] Sent: Monday, August 03, 2015 11:50 AM To: '[email protected]' Cc: Thomas Mish; Brittany Zschoche; Dan Connolly Subject: 3.9 and beyond Dear GPC community member, As part of our deliverable 3.9 (and others related) Tom Mish and I drafted the response you will find in the attached document.
