Tom, let's scope this ticket to 3.9 and 3.10, claim victory on that much
(I made a new ticket for the rest: #334).
Please revise the 3.9 draft to note that we have done one round of
assessment. (I think this amounts to changing "will do..." to "have
done..." in one or two places). And I guess put 3.10 on the cover page.
(Or ask Umberto to do it or let me know you'd rather I do it.)
