I think this relates to the SCILHS tickets on the agenda. I asked Jeff Klann about getting a copy of his I2B2 to CDM script. No problem, but he asked a question of us to which I did not know the answer. What are we thinking about this?
“What I’m not sure about is if GPC is suggesting their sites use our ontology or theirs. Our ontology is at this link and works fine. I suspect theirs will work too because we share the same root c_fullnames, but I bet there will be some compatibility issues to iron out.
