I’ve updated babel and the GPC_TERMS.zip file on Central Desktop to make the
c_dimcode equal to the c_fullname column for meds, and fixed a small issue with
the demographics.

I downloaded Phillip Reeder's gpc_terms.zip and did a cursory check on the
RXNORM ontology portion. I discusssed a few things with him and I'll share
with the entire gpc-dev group what we discussed.

Phillip's ontology did not have the "root" 3149154 in the paths but it is still
in the dim_code. He did this to be compatible with what was already on Babel.

I asked about if he included deprecated values; he did not. Wisconsin has some
old data that uses deprecated values, so I have included those values in our
ontology.
