New description:
This represents the effort for the creation of the 2015 Q4 quarterly QA
query and tabulation of the results.
Q3 was largely preempted by other work, but we'll fill in those numbers
where feasible.
Issues to be addressed in this quarter's QA review include:
* #309 - Better support for QA results on MS SQL Server
* #366 - Better support for QA results on Oracle Server
* #326 - Add "volume" to med terms.
* Back to the basics, we need to ensure that we have full ethnicity and
race questions tackled.

Gathering Q3 results has been preempted by various work, not to mention
staffing changes. We'll take another look in the Q4 timeframe.
Folks are welcome to fill in Q3 results as time permits.
