I put my internal medid concept as the leaf under the rxcui folder, then hide 
any empty folders.  That allows me to use the same data with several different 
mapping, including being able to maintain the original hierarchy we pulled from 
epic, or potentially other hierarchies. It's the same way KUMC does there 
medications.

Once you get down to the MED_ID in KUMC's case, and the RXCUI in

UTSW's case, why do you still have it as a Folder instead of a LA - leaf?
