Hello everyone, HackathonThree<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/HackathonThree> has officially been scheduled to take place at KUMC on Tuesday, January 26th & Wednesday, January 27th. We would like people to plan on arriving Monday evening (we will probably host an informal dinner for those who are able to make it) so that they are ready to go at 8am on Tuesday morning. The meeting will conclude around noon on Wednesday, so we would like to request that people plan their flights so that they won't need to leave until the meeting is over.
For those who will be in attendance, please fill out our Registration Survey<https://redcap.kumc.edu/surveys/?s=AHPT7RT49L> as soon as possible. I understand that some of you may need an agenda before you are able to commit to going, and we are working on getting one together to send out. If you need to wait until you have seen the agenda to register that is fine, but I would like to ask that everyone please register by 1/1/16 at the latest as this is also the cutoff for reservations at our hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites<http://www.ihg.com/holidayinnexpress/hotels/us/en/kansas-city/mkckc/hoteldetail> across the street from the KUMC campus. Once you know that you are going and have registered, please contact me to either set up your hotel reservation or let me know that you will be making your own reservation elsewhere. If you plan to stay in our hotel block, I will need to make your reservation for you.
