Nov 10th:

- CMH n/a
- UIOWA no date shift applied; still need to submit the file with “0” in
the date_shift column
- WISC 7-10 days; asked for confirmation that WISC received the
list of patient IDs; Sent to Eneida; Vince will send to Tom
- MCW unknown; George will check with Brad
- MCRF done
- UMN waiting on Justin; may need to connect with Honest Broker
