Comment:
While the meds proposal in ticket:78#comment:22 is about `c_fullname`
paths, not the `<key>...` paths that include `c_table_cd`, the 23 Oct
GPC_TERMS.zip does include a proposal for this issue: use `GPC_TERMS` for
`c_table_cd` for all domains; e.g.
- `<key>\\GPC_TERMS\GPC\Medications\RXAUI:3257561\RXAUI:3257562\</key>`
([CN100] ANALGESICS RXCUI:760)
- `<key>\\GPC_TERMS\GPC\Vital Signs\LOINC:39156-5\</key>` BMI
- `<key>\\GPC_TERMS\GPC\Demographics\Age\0-9 years old\</key>`
The v1.5.2 release of the SCILHS ontology, on the other hand, uses
separate tables for demographics, diagnoses, meds, etc.
- `<key>\\PCORI_DEMO\PCORI\DEMOGRAPHIC\Age\0-9 years old\</key>`
- `<key>\\PCORI_VITAL\PCORI\VITAL\ORIGINAL_BMI\</key>`
