We don't have any data to add to the ENROLLMENT table. Adding this table
to the schema - and therefore enabling the query to run - will be a part
of the CDM v3 implementation using the SCILHS ETL scripts, so I wonder if
we can wait until that work is complete to "attest" or if we need to add
the table to the schema now in order to truly complete the IBQ.
