The MCW mapping file had not been filtered for consented patients, so we
were able to take care of that on our end and get the dataset integrated
into the datamart. There was one study_id though that was not submitted
in their mapping file. MCW was notified and George was able to verify
that the mappning for that patient will not be able to be provided.
