Comment:
In PMO Russ decided to run the demographic plugin for each cohort and send
the data in as it's produced (HTML doc or PDF). Dan will discuss on
12.8.15 DEV call; result go to Brittany and Dan.
Brittany will inform Maryan / PCORI about the cohort dates (and not expand
to the dates on the spreadsheet).
