I am unable to reply in Trac after multiple attempts.
I have made another inquiry to the template developers (email attached) in
regards to the status of the Cohort Analysis Protocol referenced in the ticket.
This followed up on my December email seeking status.
I will pass along any update that I get.

Hi, Steve -
I will reach out to my colleague who is revising the draft to see where she is
and will let you know.
Hope all is well with you and that you had some nice time off for the holidays!

Nichelle and Carol,
I have had an inquiry from the Iowa folks leading the ADAPTABLE study to see if
this draft document is coming soon. There will be a need coming up with sites
doing quality checks in advance of executing the ADAPTABLE protocol.
Please let me know. Thank you.
