I suppose milestone
gpc-phase2-h1<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/milestone/gpc-phase2-h1>
will serve to prevent things from falling into the someday pile, but I'm not
sure the customer (the contract folks) cares when our liaison delivers a SAS
Data Characterization query.

I'd feel more comfortable if we could connect delivery of that query to our
work on ADAPTABLE and/or bariatric studies. I don't think we need to pass the
"research ready" bar for adaptable recruitment, but for monitoring, perhaps we
do. I don't know about the bariatric study; I hope to hear more on that from
Jim McClay after the upcoming kick-off meeting.

Hi Dan,

Good plan.

One related update: I've been asking our DRN OC liaison when we can expect the
SAS Data Characterization query. He indicates it could be as early as this
week. I can create a ticket to track progress. Do you want it on milestone
gpc-phase2-h1<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/milestone/gpc-phase2-h1>?

Jeff Klann reported the beta query "crashes with an
out-of-memory/out-of-disk-space error after about 3 hours."

Thanks,
Laurel

Comment:
Laurel, I'm closing milestone:drn-query-1, now that UNMC is done (#240).

I dealt with the other major tickets on this milestone, but I don't see a place
to put the minor ones. If it's not OK for them to be in the someday pile, let's
make one or more new milestones to represent who wants them done and when.
