The pdf includes a note saying “Please start using site numbers and names in all correspondence with the coordinating center!” However the “DataMart Description” given in the pdf is longer than the available field size of DATAMART_NAME in the CDM HARVEST table, so we will have to use something different in the CDM table. UTHSCSA may need to talk to the coordinating center about changing our official PCORnet information, because both our site ID and description indicate that we are UTSA, which a different institution. Our full institution name is better, but also not correct in this pdf, and the university is picky about these things. I believe the associated name fields would then be Greater Plains Collaborative and University of Kansas Medical Center respectively.
