With Hubert leaving, Jay and I had to slog through a reload of our system which
we have now completed. I have further created CDMV3 extracts from our i2b2
deid version and it looks like data quality is good except in LAB_PRO_CM where
I have to extract some more lab order data to meet all CDMV3 requirements. For
all colleagues using Epic, we will gladly send you our Oracle procedures via
direct copy for whatever you need. We will also be posting our entire remake
of HERONLOADER to the Epic Userweb.

After retesting our metadata procedures, we will likewise share with all.

Phillip, would you like the relevant procedures via email?
Jim

Subject: RE: CDMv3 ADMITTING_SOURCE

UNMC shared some code that presumably does this:

  * Clarity extract for encounter data
mapping<https://datahandbook.epic.com/Reports/Details/9000290> in the Epic
Userweb
(ticket:178#comment:15<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/178#comment:15>)
 March 2015
An earlier draft did it:
Nov 2014

Subject: CDMv3 ADMITTING_SOURCE
Where are you getting the ADMITTING_SOURCE column for the PCORI CDM v3? It
looks like KUMC is getting their’s from UHC data. Is anyone getting this from
Epic?

Thanks,
Phillip
