With Hubert leaving, Jay and I had to slog through a reload of our system which we have now completed. I have further created CDMV3 extracts from our i2b2 deid version and it looks like data quality is good except in LAB_PRO_CM where I have to extract some more lab order data to meet all CDMV3 requirements. For all colleagues using Epic, we will gladly send you our Oracle procedures via direct copy for whatever you need. We will also be posting our entire remake of HERONLOADER to the Epic Userweb.
After retesting our metadata procedures, we will likewise share with all. Phillip, would you like the relevant procedures via email? Jim James R.
