It was requested that we repost the ADAPTABLE base phenotype constructed
by the coordinating center (DCRI). Here you will find the base phenotype
codes as a .sas file ("adaptable_phenotype_cdm.sas") and a .docx which
describes the code.

Also, please note: Sravani at KUMC has put a lot of work into the i2b2
Babel query found here:

--most likely your site's GPC dev team member has already peeked at this
code). There has been a feasibility count request sent out to GPC dev team
members at all of the participating sites, and results are due at the end
of the week. Dev team members are aware of this. However, this test run
will not include limiting patient eligibility counts to specific clinics
(e.g. family medicine, internal medicine). We will make sure to keep you
posted as results come in.
