MCW is Epic as well On Jun 22, 2016, at 1:41 PM, Campbell, James R <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote:
That is true of all Epic sites. When we inventoried GPC at the start of our project, every Epic site was using Clarity in some way (not necessarily exclusively) for their i2b2 load. We are now planning on testing out weekly Clarity incremental loads. Of the 4 sites you mention, only UTSW is Epic. Jim James R. Does the live EMR system at your site also dump data to a database like clarity on a nightly basis? Answer to this question affects how we will design the tactical dashboard build for the National Diabetes Amputation Prevention Study, especially from the participating sites (UTSW, MCW, Indiana, Missouri).
