IU has rerun the query as we have addressed the data model conformance
issue that was identified during our last submission. Unfortunately, we
are still lacking with regard to availability of encounter-procedure data.
We would like to submit our query and ETL ADD to show progress, however
PCORnet cancelled their request for our query on 6/17. At this time we
are unable to reply to the query as the upload button is greyed out.
