Nice work, George!
You found and fixed a whole bunch of places where I was schizophrenic
about various details. I only have automated testing set up for the `sql-
200n` dialect (HSQLDB) so the `sql-ora` stuff rots when I explore the
design space.
I hope to look at the ...-MCW.zip file in detail soon.

stick in a new RESULT_TYPE of "DataBuilder " ?
That was my intention; I didn't actually get around to it.
